How to Make a Pouch Using a Sewing Machine
In 10 simple steps!

Supplies:

• a prepared sewing machine
• fabric
• ribbon
• a ruler
• Velcro
• Hot-glue and a hot-glue gun
• scissors

 

Step 1) Prepare your sewing machine so it is ready to sew.

Step 2) Cut your fabric to 6 in x 11 in.

Step 3) Fold all the edges in about a quarter of an inch. Then iron or pin it.

Step 4) Sew only the short sides!

Step 5) Fold the fabric almost in half, leaving about an inch for the flap.

Step 6) Sew along the left and right sides all the way to the top.

Step 7) Cut the Velcro to about an inch.

Step 8) Put the Velcro on the flap close to the edge. Then fold the flap down to place it and make sure that they are equal.

Step 9) Tie a small bow with your ribbon.

Step 10) Hot-glue the bow on the front of your flap.

You are done!!
